Why Rotation Matters
Shooting and passing in lacrosse involve full-body rotation. Medicine ball throws, cable rotations, and Russian twists build the rotational power that makes shots faster.
Strong core = hard shot. Shooting power comes from hip and core rotation, not just arms.
