Lacrosse Drills
Lacrosse is a stick-skills sport. The more time your kid spends with a stick in their hands, the better they'll be. These drills build the fundamentals.
Catching & CradlingHow to catch with the stick pocket, cradle to protect the ball, and develop soft hands. Wall BallThe #1 individual drill in lacrosse — throw against a wall, catch, repeat. Builds everything. Shooting DrillsOverhand, sidearm, on the run, and where to place your shots. Goal PracticeTarget shooting at goal corners, quick-stick shots, and building accuracy under pressure. Passing DrillsStationary, on-the-move, and cross-field passes. Ground BallsScooping, boxing out, and winning the 50/50 ball.
Wall ball is king. If your kid does nothing else, 15 minutes of wall ball every day will make them dramatically better. A wall + a stick + a ball = the best lacrosse training there is.
