High School Lacrosse Rules (NFHS)
NFHS-governed. Full-size field (110×60 yards), 4 quarters of 12 minutes. Full body checking in boys’. Face-offs after every goal. Penalties are 1-3 minutes served in the penalty box. Girls’ lacrosse at the HS level has different rules — no body checking, stick checking limited, and mandatory protective eyewear.
