Ages 11-14. Full-size fields in most programs, body checking introduced in boys’ lacrosse (limited at younger MS levels). Games are 4 quarters of 10 minutes. The biggest transition: speed of play increases significantly, and penalties for illegal body checks are strictly enforced.
