Professional Lacrosse Rules (PLL/NLL)
The PLL (outdoor field) uses a 52-second shot clock, allows two-point goals from outside the arc, and plays 4 quarters of 12 minutes. The NLL (indoor box lacrosse) plays on a hockey rink-sized floor, 6v6, with much more physical play. Kids watch both — understanding the differences helps explain what they see on TV.
