Youth Lacrosse Rules
Ages 6-12. Smaller fields, shorter games, limited checking. Focus is on learning the game and having fun. Most youth leagues use US Lacrosse rules with modifications for age. Fields are typically 60-80 yards, quarters are 8-10 minutes, and body checking is either prohibited or heavily restricted depending on age group.
